CHRISTOPHER NEUFELD - TORONTO BUSINESS LAWYER

Thank you for taking the time to visit my legal blog and inquiring into how my legal skills and experience can be put to your business' advantage. Ever since I began my legal practice in the United States, and in particular my many years in New York City, I have seen the role and importance of the corporate lawyer in business development. This has become a central driver in my legal practice, as I perceive myself as far more than a legal repository, instead viewing my role as that of a business/legal advisor. It is a very important role, as I am constantly striving to assist my clients in succeeding with their businesses, as I truly believe that I have a great wealth of knowledge to share and impart as I see the operations of so many businesses, both good and bad, and I make it a point to really learn from each of these businesses so that I can provide real assistance to their efforts to succeed in a highly competitive market place. And this has become a true passion of mine, making my legal work that much more exciting and fulfilling.

For an overview of what I bring to the table in the business world, I am an experienced corporate-commercial lawyer, skilled at applying and integrating the law for established business owners and entrepreneurs. My legal practice involves the representation of both established and emerging businesses in merger, acquisition, divestiture and related reorganization transactions, including the structuring, negotiating and documenting of a vast array of commercial transactions. I am very passionate about my work and I am constantly striving to assist my corporate clients in advancing their businesses and realizing ever greater success.
